Room with private shower/bath and private toilet

Room with private bathroom (WC, shower, sink). Optional: additional furniture, modem, printer, cooking and sleeping utensils. Suitable for both domestic students and Erasmus students. The student house has 52 rooms. Each floor has a living area and kitchen. There is a common garden and covered bicycle storage, closed with an automatic gate with an access code. All rooms have a slatted bed (90 by 200cm), a desk, a sink, a closet, and a built-in refrigerator. Internet is included, and there are Ethernet ports in the rooms but the student must provide their modem. Rent is all-inclusive (internet, heating, maintenance of common parts, ...).
